What rugby is on today? Kick-off times, TV channels and live stream info

There are hopes that we might get an uninterrupted rugby fixture schedule this weekend for the first time in what feels like a while.

France’s entry requirements have relaxed to the point where professional sports teams can enter and leave the country with relative simplicity and it means the Champions and Challenge Cups can get into full swing.

BT Sport are broadcasting most of the action, with subscribers able to live stream online or via the app, while the Dragons’ match against Benetton will be on S4C.

All four Welsh teams are in action this weekend and the Allianz Premier 15s also has a busy schedule, so what are we looking at?
