The Lions will officially reveal their starting XV to take on South Africa tomorrow but you’ve been voting in your thousands, telling head coach Warren Gatland what he should do.
A WalesOnline poll revealed a formidable side with a few surprise omissions ahead of tomorrow’s big announcement.
At full-back, Liam Williams – it is unclear if the Welshman will be fit enough to take part this weekend – edged out Scotland’s Stuart Hogg in the fans’ vote, with Josh Adams getting a sizeable majority on one of the wings. The other wing, though, was the most hotly-contested spot in the squad, with Anthony Watson just about getting the nod ahead of Duhan van der Merwe.

In the midfield, Elliot Daly, viewed as an outsider pre-tour, has played his way in at outside centre after some fine showings there in recent weeks. He partners Robbie Henshaw, who has been much-fancied from the very beginning.
The most overwhelming majority came at fly-half, where Dan Biggar was the unanimous pick over Owen Farrell and Marcus Smith.
At scrum-half, Conor Murray has been omitted from your side, despite taking over the captaincy from Alun Wyn Jones earlier in the tour. Instead, Scot Ali Price, who has had a fine tour, has been selected.
Up front, the much-fancied props Wyn Jones and Tadhg Furlong have been selected. No surprises there. However, at hooker, Ken Owens has been left out with Luke Cowan-Dickie preferred.
Alun Wyn Jones, having completed a miraculous recovery from a dislocated shoulder, is straight into your Test side, partnering Maro Itoje at lock.
Meanwhile, the back row looks formidable with Taulupe Faletau the overwhelming pick at No.8 and flankers Tom Curry and Tadhg Beirne getting the nod.
Meanwhile, ahead of tomorrow’s official announcement, the Times are reporting that Welsh duo Faletau and Adams are set to be left out of the 23 altogether.
