Cardiff have rung the changes for their Champions Cup tie against Harlequins at the Arms Park, with six internationals coming into the starting line-up.

In all, there are eight changes, one of those positional, from the side that went down to a disappointing 34-10 URC defeat away to Edinburgh last weekend.

Wales star Josh Adams returns on the wing, with Hallam Amos coming in alongside him at full-back, while there’s a new look half-back pairing of Jarrod Evans and Tomos Williams and an all changed back row.

Shane Lewis-Hughes packs down on the blindside flank for his first start since last February, with skipper Josh Turnbull moving forward to the second row.

Kirby Myhill has been passed fit after coming off in Edinburgh, with his younger brother Torin having been drafted in from Carmarthen Quins to provide hooking cover for him on the bench.

The match is being shown live on S4C and BT Sport, but if you can’t get in front of a TV you can follow all the action via our live blog.
